Find Area This function allows you to find the area under an equation or between two equations in a given domain. The Find Area dialog box allows you to specify the domain (the range of x values) and to choose one or two equations. If you choose one equation, you will find the area between that equation and the x-axis. If you choose two equations, you will find the area between the two equations. Regardless of how many equations you select, the shaded area will be displayed on the graph. To turn the shaded area off you must select "Find Area" form the graph menu again, or hit CTRL+F. |
